It's probably safe to say that most of the homebuilders who were doing business in Florida in 1975 have long since disappeared. But FRC Homes is still here, and thousands of satisfied homeowners in more than 35 Central Florida communities could tell you why in one word: Quality.

And it's about maintaining high-quality relationships with our customers. That's what ultimately matters. Since my father founded FRC Homes in the 'seventies, we've collected more honors and awards than I can count – locally and nationally – recognizing us as being among the most creative, most innovative builders in the country. I'm very proud of the fact that we've continued to be one of Central Florida's leaders in residential planning and development. And I'm happy to give our customers a very big part of the credit for our success, because what is a reputation after all but what people say about you?
